** For the first 12 months, the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) on the Home Equity Line of Credit will be an introductory rate of 5.990%.  Thereafter, the APR becomes a monthly variable rate equal to the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal on the last day of the previous month subject to a floor of 3.490%. The APR will never exceed 18.000% or drop below 3.490%. Minimum credit line is $10,000 and maximum credit line is $250,000. 119 months draw/181 months repayment. All HELOAN and HELOC applications will be subject to credit, underwriting and property approval.  Closing costs range between $512.00 and $1127.00 and are generally lender paid.  However, if you should pay off and terminate the HELOC prior to the third anniversary of the agreement date you may be charged an Early Termination Fee of $500.00. Conditions may apply.  If you request an independent appraisal, you will be responsible for the cost of the appraisal report which is estimated between $450.00 and $875.00. You may also have to pay certain fees to third parties as a result of opening the Account.  You may request from us more specific cost information about third-party fees.
