I started in the mortgage banking industry in 1985 and have extensive experience in working for first time buyers, repeat buyers in various loan programs in order accomplish the customers’ needs. My focus is on accomplishing the customer’s goals in obtaining the best mortgage loan program for their purchase or refinance needs. I am proficient in FHA, VA, various first time buyers loan programs, as well as jumbo mortgage loan programs with the best terms in order to satisfy my customers’ needs. I work for my customers to provide the most comprehensive information to facilitate the loan process and approval in a smooth and timely manner. I make it a priority to attend closings, and enjoy seeing the loan process from beginning to end to ensure the client’s ultimate satisfaction with the experience. I have many repeat customers which is a testament to my ability to provide superior customer service in each and every transaction. I am available when needed, often after regular business hours and on weekends as well.

I am a board member/vice-president of the Brookline Chamber of Commerce, the Newton/Needham Chamber of Commerce, the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (compliance committee), The Needham Beth Israel Deaconess board of advisors, and The Needham Community Revitalization Trust fund board member. I am a parishioner of Saint Joseph’s Parish in Needham, Massachusetts and Saint Thomas Chapel in Falmouth, Massachusetts. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst in 1984 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, with a minor in Economics. I am a member of the Kappa Sigma/Gamma Delta chapter of the University of Massachusetts.
