Andrew Inglot is a mortgage originator based in bankESB’s Northampton Street, Easthampton office. He’s a highly knowledgeable retail mortgage lender with more than 25 years of experience in a business he says he “fell in love with” when he was a tax and investment advisor with a keen ability to analyze and understand clients’ financial situations, which ultimately led to providing mortgage advice. His mortgage lending experience is wide-ranging and includes working for local and national lenders and owning his own mortgage company in the 1990s and 2000s, as well as working for a large mortgage organization and several local banks before joining bankESB in 2018. Over the span of his career, Andy was instrumental in a multitude of efforts to improve the borrower experience during the application process, including introducing new mortgage offerings and bringing new technology, decreased processing time, and an improved lender relationship with the secondary market. He’s also trained and qualified to analyze credit, identify problems, recommend solutions, and take swift action in order to improve his borrowers’ chances of being approved. With his always positive attitude and tremendous knowledge of the process, Andy can help borrowers navigate the complex loan approval process in the most efficient way.

When not at work, Andy is involved in local business organizations including serving as the founding president of the Belchertown chapter of BNI and has held various roles in that organization. If he’s not taking care of mortgage clients, you can find him riding his motorcycle in the summer and downhill skis in the winter. Andy is fluent in Polish and lives in Belchertown with his wife, Diane.
